Here are Mont Blanc Valley Tours’ Terms and Conditions. Do take time to read them through and please contact us if you have any questions
50% of tour cost to be paid at time of booking
Full payment 8 weeks prior to start of tour
Cancellation by Client
If for any reason you can’t make your tour then the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior = Full Refund
Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior = Refund of 50%
Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior = No refund
Please note we will always try and reschedule or find another suitable date
Cancellation by Mont Blanc Valley Tours
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the tour takes place, we reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot offer a suitable alternative date, a full refund will be given.
Change of Venue
Due to weather conditions, we may need to change to a different venue in order to provide you with an enjoyable experience. Please ensure that the phone and e-mail details are correct on the booking form and that you can be contacted on these numbers.
Mont Blanc Valley Tours cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings, equipment or your vehicle while you attend a course. When out in the mountains please avoid taking valuables e.g. jewellery, watches, glasses, non-waterproof cameras.
Participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury. We take all reasonable steps to provide you with the level of care, assurances and safety appropriate to the activity. We expect clients to contribute to their own, and each other’s safety by following the instructions given by staff.
Photographs may be taken during your tour; Mont Blanc Valley Tours reserves the right to utilise images for promotional purposes.
We will not sell or give out your personal details or e-mail address to any others without your permission. Mont Blanc Valley Tours is committed to keeping your personal data safe and ensuring the security of any personal data we may process.
We are committed to complying with the new GDPR directive that came into force on 25th May 2018, giving greater protection to your personal data.
You are advised to take out your own personal insurance against personal loss, injury or having to cancel your course.
